The staff here at ChariceTVCrew are generally lenient and flexible. We encourage all members to enjoy and have a great time. But to ensure that this forum remains an inviting and pleasant place, it is crucial that we lay out some basic ground rules to keep potential troublemakers from spoiling our fun.
So without further ado, below are a list of rules and regulations that all ChariceTVCrew members must adhere to and follow. Failure to comply will result in the following, but not limited to: • Post deletion Note that this is not a definite list. Regardless, as long as you do what is right, you should not have an issue. We reserve the right to change/update these rules at any time. Depending on the severity of any rule violation, we reserve the right to ban members immediately as we deem appropriate, without warnings. In most cases, warnings will be issued. Members can be warned a maximum of five times. On the fifth warning, the member will be immediately banned. We reserve the right to remove, edit, move, or close any thread on our forum. Please be aware that posters who deliberately and repetitively break the rules may be permanently banned with no warning. Ruling on whether a permanent ban is necessary is ultimately left up to the discretion of the board moderators and Administrators. Discussion of banned users, or reasons why they were banned is not of any business to an uninvolved party. It is off-topic and contributes no value to the forum. Keep such discussions within private messages. If another member tries to bring up the issue over a banned member, we will consider it as "spam" and that member will receive a warning. You can talk to us directly by contacting an Administrator(s) if you feel unjustly warned, suspended or banned. 1) Post in English
All posts must be in English. If you choose to post in non-English, please provide an English Translation. An exception to this rule is posting in a specific “International” forum. If posting in an international forum, please use the language of that forum, and not English. 2) Stick to the Subject Topic titles must be appropriate, descriptive, and easy to understand. Please read the forum descriptions before submitting topics. Submit posts to the most appropriate place. Check if your post has not already been posted anywhere else on the site. If in doubt, use the search feature. Keep all posts on-topic. When replying to a thread, please make sure you have read the parent article/post completely before posting a reply. 3) Spamming No useless/irrelevant posts. This forum is not your playground. Spamming includes: • Posts/threads that contribute absolutely no value to the forum or discussion. 4) Flaming, Threatening, Harassment, Trolling, and/or Offensive Behavior There will be controversial topics in this forum. If you wish to participate, remember to debate opinions, not the people behind them. Keep all commentary civil, and be courteous at all times. Constructive criticism is welcome, but purposeless inflammatory or insulting posts, flaming, threats and harassment, rudeness, or personal attacks towards other users or the moderators/Administrators will not be tolerated. If the poster has requested not to be criticized, we do ask that you respect that and refrain from commenting. Disputes which cannot be resolved between forum users and moderators may be arbitrated by the forum administrators. Our decision is final in these matters. Trolling with the intent to provoke a negative response from other users will trigger an immediate disciplinary action. Posts that are disparaging toward any religion, race, nation, social status, gender, or sexual orientation are strictly forbidden. 5) Inappropriate Content The following content we do not allow to be posted, linked, or discussed in our forums: • Adult Content/Images. This includes any content that promotes drug use, sex, violence, hate, or might otherwise be considered offensive. 6) Profanity and Bashing All forms of swearing are forbidden. Rudeness, hateful messages, disruptive and discriminatory behavior are strictly forbidden. No bashing. This includes bashing other members or staff. No bashing toward any religion, race, nation, social status, gender, or sexual orientation. This also includes no bashing of other artists. No bashing other Charice Fansites and/or other Charice Fans (Chasters). We unequivocally support and respect all Charice communities. Any member caught violating this rule will risk suspension or a possible ban. This Community is open to all Charice fans. Crabs are not welcome, but tolerated, at your own risk. In order to properly distinguish a genuine Charice fan from a crab, note that all Charice-related "constructive criticism" is welcome, provided it does not border on crabbiness. We reserve the right to ignore, delete, suspend/ban crabs in our forum at any time without warning. 7) No Duplicate Accounts You may not create more than one account. If we catch you with more than one account, we will ban all of them. When registering, a valid email address has to be used. Disposable email addresses are not permitted. If found, we will remove the account in question. 8) Be Considerate, Respectful, and Helpful Thank those who help you. Acknowledgment of a helpful suggestion not only placates those who helped you, it may also help others with a similar problem. All those who have been helped on this forum are invited to help other users by responding to their questions when they know the answer. If you feel a post violates any of the aforementioned rules, or you need to bring it to the attention of a moderator (move threads/close/split), please use the ‘report this post’ link to notify the moderators. Respect all members and staff at all times. Treat people like you would like to be treated. If you have an issue with any member or staff, please contact an Administrator(s). 9) Avatar Limits and Guidelines For avatars, the maximum width and height allowed, respectively, is 250x250; the minimum is 100x100 (in pixels). No images that are sexually suggestive or graphic in nature, obscene or anything that can be considered offensive are allowed in avatars. Avatars that does not follow the above guidelines may be removed without warning. 10) Signature Limits and Guidelines For signatures, the maximum width and height allowed, respectively, is 400x150; the minimum is 250x75 (in pixels). No images that are sexually suggestive or graphic in nature, obscene or anything that can be considered offensive are allowed in signatures. Signatures that does not follow the above guidelines may be removed without warning. |
